Join Growing Roots and Spiritual Wellfare on a liberating experience. This Saturday, we will be led through somatic mindfulness meditation, create a community altar, and paint our own T-shirts! Come let your inner child play and heal. Please bring any offerings for the community altar, a t-shirt you'd like to revitalize, and a yoga mat.
